Well, it looks like I have the pleasure of being the first one to welcome you here, but it won't take long for all the others to chime in
And another horse person on board as well! What discipline, or do you ride for pleasure? I'm into combined driving, or I will be again when I get fixed.
I love hearing success stories, so tell us all about itWhere in the world do you live, and where did you have your surgery? Germany, I am thinking, with so many levels of ADR? Congratulations.

. Therapy and chiropractic treatments helping immensely. Gone from being almost bedridden to near normal activities including gardening. Life is gooooood!

It is so great to read that you are doing so well at 4 years post-op--you truly have your life back! Successful stories like yours are very important for Spine Patients to read, especially with a "big" procedure like a 3-level lumbar artificial disc replacement surgery. Thank you for sharing your story with the community here and we look forward to getting to know you.

, completely pain free still!
as well. I am so glad to hear of your success story after 3 lumbar adr's. And 5 years later. That is awesome!
Especially being a 3 lumbar adr person myself.
Yes, we would love to hear where you hail from, who did your surgery, etc. You can put some of that in your signature too. Again, welcome. We are glad to have you on board.
