Hey, I know the anterior approach itself is dangerous, but is the hardest part of adr removal bc of the keels? If so, would the ranier and up coming 3df discs eliminate the big risk factor since they dont have keels. Also, since they dont have keels, would replacement even be possible if they failed like 30 years down the road or whatever? Hopefully they would last the lifetime aka the 100 year testing they do on these thigns lol, but as we know testing doesnt equal reality. Also, with the lateral approach, would removal and replacement of the future 3df disc be truly life threatening? I know there is risk with any surgery, but I mean would this for sure be truly life threatening? Well lets hope they get working on the lateral approach!!! and most of all get this mesoblast stuff rolling!!!!
