Well I have another Doctor visit, this time in Minnesota at the Twin Cities Spine Center W/ Dr Garvey tried to see someone else it did not work with my schedule.
It is on Sept 28 8:30 a.m.
Anyone heard of this clinic or Doctor?

L5-S1 bilaterial neural foraminal narrowing with inferior effacement.

31 years old- 1/06- In wreck with 18 wheeler at 25 years old; 6/06- Head on collision on Interstate, both wrecks other drivers fault. Numerous MRI's, PT, chiropractic, acupuncture, TENS therapy, massage therapy, facet injections, epidural injections, Nerve study, Discogram, confirms pain in L4/5, IDET, decompression, Bi-lateral neurotomy L3/4/5, denied by insurance twice, in Active L clinical trial, had surgery March 17, 2009 in Miami, FL- received Active L disc at 29 years old. Pain and medication free as of October 2010!Mommy to Emma- 8 years, Ava- 6 years & had baby Eli after ADR, via c-section on March 25, 2011, completely pain free still!

Lots of surgeons, yes and a major population with lots of spine issues, Hopefully they have up to date technology? and experience.
Our little town of 9,000 does not have a lot of spine issues to deal with, But if you blow out your knee they have tons of experience,the advantage of living in a ski town

I'm sure they will be great, just like I can go find one of the best doctors in any particular field in the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex, I'm sure they have the same. I think you are going to be pleasantly surprised! (kinda sad when a 'good dr's visit' is when they offer to cut on us! a little weird; but then again, who said we were normal? LOL)

Wow, a 5 mile walk! If the activity didn't kill me, the Texas heat would! Good Job! One day at a time, or in a spine patients life, one minute at a time!
