I've just read his CV. Sound really impressive and encouraging.

I noted few things that should give you additional hope that he is a good choice:
- His mentor was dr. Fessler, renowned neurosurgeon
- He concentrate now on minimal access spinal surgery
- and he dedicated his practice of medicine to minimally invasive spine surgery
