This is a discussion on Costs, etc within the Artificial Disc Replacement forums, part of the Spine Surgery Support category; I would like to see a chart started with columns like "surgery type", "Location of surgery", "Doctor", "Date" "Total surgery ...
I would like to see a chart started with columns like "surgery type", "Location of surgery", "Doctor", "Date" "Total surgery cost" (not including travel or hotel),"Insurance paid", "Paid by self", etc. I know everyone has different insurance or that many places outside US don't accept our insurance but it would give us an idea of what costs are. Let everyone enter their own data. It could also include "length of hospital stay", "hotel cost" etc. It would be a little better than scrolling all the blogs (which are good to read since they give people's pain levels, personal comments, and you get to know people and their feelings).

I just joined today, and am reading posts that interest me. Did this information get posted somewhere? This is exactly what I am looking for. I am fighting with insurance now, and want to know how much this will cost.
There was a survey/thread somewhere on here with that information. Will have to see if I can find it.
