Me either I was just a little worried that people thought it was a 'yesterday' thing, when weird things have been going on for awhile and maybe the virus has been lurking longer than others suspected is all.

Do not open any of Dr. Zeegers messages.

Unfortunately he made a mistake during his PC repairs.

Steps should always be in this way:
    1. Clean PC
    2. Change access password

Dr. Zeegers it seems first changed passwords, and then cleaned PC. In mean time, trojan already got his new passwors

    be careful

So you know how far back we should be worried about this? He had a video on his site over a week ago that looked harmless, and I've had no problems.

Default Alpha Klinik: 26 civil complaints/Alleged inappropriate surgeries/Embezzlement&Insolvency

I noticed the post and just wanted to add a bit of accuracy about Alpha Klinik.

Alpha Klinik wasnt just taken over by a big commercial firm.

Numerous german newspapers announced that Alpha Klinik was sued by a number of German citizens (26 civil complaints) for alleged inappropriate procedures (
surgeries) in spine department by Dr.Dekkers and collapsed into insolvency (Alpha-Klinik: Staatsanwaltschaft ermittelt gegen Ex-Chefs - Nachrichten - Lokales - merkur-online).
Interestingly (just thinking out loud) Dr.Bertagnoli joined Dr.Dekkers in Oct.2006...

According to German news media, some of the top surgeons were being investigated for embezzlement (Spiegel Online). Below are links and rough one liner translations. One can also use Yahoo! Babel Fish - Text Translation and Web Page Translation for a rough translation.

    • DER SPIEGEL*4/2008 - Doctorandus an der Fräse Ein starkes Dutzend Fälle", so der Sprecher der Kammer, Tobias Pichlmaier, seien derzeit gegen ihn anhängig. "A strong dozen of lawsuits, according to the speaker of the chamber, Tobias Pichlmaier, are at present pending against it."
    • http://www.tz-online.de/aktuelles/muenchen/schlammschlacht-in-der-promi-klinik-30686.html 26 zivilrechtliche Klagen sind seit 2003 beim Landgericht München I, bestätigte Gerichtssprecher Tobias Pichlmaier. "26 civil complaints are since 2003 at the regional court Munich I, confirmed court speakers Tobias Pichlmaier. Dekkers was already condemned before, because of a treatment error and an unnecessary operation to the payment of 10,000 euros of pain and suffering money..." (note, the patient was paralyzed; the story is in the previous 'DER SPIEGEL' link).

Die Staatsanwaltschaft ermittelt gegen Professor Jürgen Toft, Dr. Thomas Hoogland und Drs. Horst Dekkers, unter anderem wegen Unterschlagung und Insolvenzverschleppung
"The public prosecutor's office determines against professor Jürgen Toft, Dr. Thomas Hoogland and Drs. Refuge Dekkers, among other things because of embezzlement and insolvency.

Thanks Job. No indication that Dr. Z was involved though, correct?

thanks for the info everyone, particularly Katie, Justin and Fuzzy,

I just have a quick question, for Katie and Justin, as far as you know is the site Justin put up virus free??
    Or should we be careful?
I was enjoying reading the German language, as I am a lot better at reading it than speaking it.
I am happy to see that Dr. Zeegers has a new place to practice at.
Helping us avoid a trojan horse or a virus is invaluable (priceless). My computer picked up a virus last year. I didn't have it back for a couple weeks until someone at my husband's work fixed it.

I suggest people with problems (trojans, viruses, etc) to download Eset Smart Security. It includes anti-virurus, trojan, spyware and firewall. All in one solution.
