C4-5: Mild disc height loss with central annular fissure. Small broad-based left paracentral disc protrusion. Moderate central canal stenosis-the disc protrusion abuts and mildly flattens the left ventral surface of the spinal canal.
C5-6: Disc desiccation with mild height loss.Diffuse discosteophyte bulge anduncovertebral joint hypertrophy, moderate central canal stenosis- Severe neuroforaminal stenosis bilaterally, right greater than left

Re: Flexeril after ADR? I remember for the first five weeks after surgery, that my neck and left shoulder being extremely tight and sore, probably from being moved around and 'adjusted' during surgery. I found that a combination of heat and cold compresses helped ease the strong discomfort. I did take an occasional muscle relaxant but it was also to deal with my lower back as well.
It's hard trying to find something that will make things better without getting too many medications involved, isn't it.
Severe compression of spinal cord, flaval ligament, etc. at C4/5 & 5/6.
Herniation and compression, at L3/4 to L5/S1 plus spondylosis at the latter level. Severe allergy to most metals.
Three level surgery in Brazil with Dr. Luiz Pimenta on March 17/2010 using non-metal appliances. L5/S1-PEEK cage, ALIF; L4/5-PEEK cage, XLIF; C5/6-NuVasive NeoDisc. Three separate approaches, two minimally invasive. Currently minor residual back pain, from SI ligament and still overdoing things. Therapy and chiropractic treatments helping immensely. Gone from being almost bedridden to near normal activities including gardening. Life is gooooood!
Re: Flexeril after ADR? Im ready to back off all of these "crazy meds" and hope I will be good with just some vaporized Marijuna for the pain and stress.
Justin thanks but I dont take MAOIs but I looked them up and they sound interesting.
Catie I had alot of luck with the heat and cold compresses also.
