Justin, unfortunately this other surgeon cannot treat me (even meet with me) for at least six months, but he may be willing to have a look and say whether or not this is urgent and needs immediate attention. If he will do that, I will win my appeal.

Of course, it could work against me, and he could say the opposite, that I could wait another year or two without any problem or danger. Then I'd be hooped.
