Hey SPS friends. I've been off the radar for a while working on my ADR appeal. I should be done soon.

I am looking for actual U.S. Cervical ADR costs to help with my ADR versus fusion and U.S. ADR versus European ADR cost analysis. Detailed cost breakdowns would help, but even bottom line costs will help me.

If you had cervical ADR surgery in the U.S. in 2008, 2009 or 2010, I would love to hear from you (please please please), especially if you had 2 level ADR.

Here are some options on the kind of data that would help me.

1. The Best - a copy of actual bills with the patient name, account number, hospital name, surgeon name, etc. marked out.

2. Next Best - a PM with all the detailed costs. If you are not an SPS member that can send a PM, you can use my adrpaidfor@comcast.net address.

3. Good Enough - The total cost of the surgery, including all hospital costs, implants, surgeon fee, etc.

In all cases, I need the actual amount PAID. I will not reference anyone's name, surgeon name, insurance company, hospital, etc. As I indicated above, I don't even want to know that information. I'm going to compile the costs into a table and only show the dollars, adjusted by the Medical Care Services CPI as necessary to normalize the data to 2010.
