Nuvasive also make a Cervical ADR called the Neo Disc - I have written to their company about that - will see what the response is. I went to Nuvasive's site it is a silicone core that replaces the disc & has a fiber type sleeve forget the term for that material that encases the silicone & that same material lfanges out to be secured by 2 screws into the back of the veterbrae for CERVICAL ONLY. Granted those disc's dont get the weight load that the lumbar does. It is totally different from the other constructs.

Be interesting to know more about it & what studies or evidence they have behind it.
