Dr. Mkrdician recommends a "Decompression laminoforaminotomy with bony fusion." I want to get a second opinion but not sure who to go to. I have researched many MD's. Dr. Fessler out of Northwestern, is not in my HMO IPA. I would have to go to a doc at Evanston, Skokie or one of several other hospitals in Northern Illinois. Has anyone had cervical ADR plus fusion? I have read so many reports and opinions but I have not spoken to one person who has had the procedure. I am still getting opinions but the orthopedic surgeon has proposed this although is uncertain which disk will be replaced and which would be fused. Thank you
