  1. First Shower

    Well, Today was my first actual shower since the date of surgery. The hospital nursing aid staff was really not that good at being on top of things like that, however I will say for the mostpart, the was one nurse aid and the majority of the nursing staff that actually knew they were there to do a job and they did it because they liked it.

    It felt great to shower, i never realized how much something so simple can be taken for grantid when you cannot do it on a regular basis unless ...

    Sorry all, I am still trying to figure ou thow this site works, so I have cut and pasted the postes on put on the forum over to the blogs. This should be the final cut and past, then from now on they should hopefully be in some sort of time order and make some sort of sense.

    Hello, my name is Chris. I am a career Paramedic in the Buffaly new York area. In 2003 I injured my back while at work. Back then I saw a neurologist, he stated that the injury I had, although painful, would not require surgery at that time and he referred me to a pain specialist, whos care I have been under for seven years now.   5. Mast TLIF surgery experience

    I have finally made it home from the hospital, I am glad to be here, yet my pain is still not under control. Of course the reason it is not under control is that the hospital discharged me on a saturday with a bunch of prescriptions that comp decided that they needed prior autorization to fill. of of the scripts was to control the leg pain that I am having in my left leg.
