was injured while working in 06, had a herniated disc. The stupid doctors sent me to PT right away and as a result the disc just dissolved! I had total disc replacement L4- L5 in 07 it is now 2010 and the pain is still here!!! I take painkillers on a daily basis, have to take oxycontin, norco, somas, etc... Does anybody out there know if there is any alternative for pain relief? I had a series of LESI'S that I believe injured the nerve permanently.
Well, I had the surgery on August 24, 2010, the first few day when i was snowed in the hospital was not that bad. now that i am home, I am praying for the 2 and 3 am wake ups while in pain to stop. I was hoping that i would have gotten some relief by now. The only think I can think of that might be making it hurt like this is a fall I had th other day.
