Hi Everyone 5 and half months post op PLIF with Dr P in Brazil and unfortnately Im still no better weight bearing or standing than before the operation.Pain is low as long as I dont stand up for more than 5 or 6 minutes.I can do hydrotheraphy twice a week and very mild pilates and thats about it.I have significant SIJ pain which is worse after the op. It feels like Im compressing on some nerve that releases as soon as I lie back Down.Does anyone know whether a standing MRI would show anythng or ...

6 week post op with Dr P in Brazil. Charite disks at L5S1 and L4/5 2001 . Facet joints where degenerated at both levels.I was in severe pain and unable to stand and could only walk a couple of meters.
