  1. Pain Pain go away, dont come again another day

    Well, I had the surgery on August 24, 2010, the first few day when i was snowed in the hospital was not that bad. now that i am home, I am praying for the 2 and 3 am wake ups while in pain to stop. I was hoping that i would have gotten some relief by now.

    The only think I can think of that might be making it hurt like this is a fall I had th other day. I went to do the log roll out of be like they told me to, My hand missed the edge of the bed and i wend falling to the floor wih ...

  2. First Shower

    Well, Today was my first actual shower since the date of surgery. The hospital nursing aid staff was really not that good at being on top of things like that, however I will say for the mostpart, the was one nurse aid and the majority of the nursing staff that actually knew they were there to do a job and they did it because they liked it.

    It felt great to shower, i never realized how much something so simple can be taken for grantid when you cannot do it on a regular basis unless ...

    Sorry all, I am still trying to figure ou thow this site works, so I have cut and pasted the postes on put on the forum over to the blogs. This should be the final cut and past, then from now on they should hopefully be in some sort of time order and make some sort of sense.

    Hello, my name is Chris. I am a career Paramedic in the Buffaly new York area. In 2003 I injured my back while at work.
