Whooo hooo i managed to get a full nights sleep last night, the doctor has prescribed Amitryptiline for me to take at night and it seems to be working. I have spent many night being unable to sleep because of a weird feeling in my legs..like millions of ants are crawling threw them, the feeling would stop if i moved my legs but return as soon as i relaxed.
