It's been a little while... I hope everyone is doing relatively well. Just a quick update for me. My two level ALIF (L4/L5/S1) surgery with posterior stabilization hardware was done on 3/15/10. I had my 3-month (actually 14 week) post-op check-up on 6/22. They took a CAT scan and an X-ray. The CTA scan confirmed that there was bone starting to grow; the X-ray confirmed that the posterior hardware was still in it proper place. My surgeon told me all of my 'no BLT' and 'no ...
