I have been denied by my insurance company and need to file an appeal, I need information to use which you can send to my privately. Date of Surgery, Name of Surgeon, Diagnosis and your first name & last initial (if you want to be kept confidential). I have an appeal to work off of and need recent information to use on my Precedent Portion of my paper. I am new to this forum but recently talked with the an author of a book - on how to fight your insurance company so I am prepared to write but need help with recent data.

Also, if anyone has any NEW interesting data and/or has read any new scientific papers regarding ADR in the US, please, please send my way!! If I win this, I promise to help others that follow in my path because we deserve the proper medical attention. Our insurance company shouldn't have the right to PLAY DOCTOR!!
