They have had to cancel my discogram on Thursday, (no reason given,
which is usual with NHS). Good job I am in no rush, feels like a bit of reprieve!

Sorry things got cancelled but glad that you've got a relaxed attitude about it. Can understand you not being in a rush when it's not been that long since your fusion op. Hope you have a chilled weekend

    mmmmhhhmmmmm....no reason given.
Well how about planting those violet seeds!
I've actually thought of doing that as I await my neuro appointment, but I know (gabapentin or not) we are only being fooled by this weirdly warm winter over here in the land of snowless Winter Olympics!
I really is still mid/late winter......
Glad you aren't down about the cancel.....

Sorry it got cancelled; but I'm sure it's not too bumming, seeing as how it's a dreaded procedure. I hope they reschedule soon.

    Alison....

Best of luck with the procedure. I had mine done January. I took a couple of valiums just to keep "the queezies" at bay and my heart rate dowm. It took about 10 minutes, I had three-levels tested, yes, it hurt, but it was quick, and I have a very clear picture of what the problem is, the new solution via my neurosurgeon (more surgery), so all of the "what if's" have been mitigated...

as to the birthday girl, happy 3-0, wait till you hit the big 5-0 (and then some).... Nothing like a reminder to live in the present, and do the very best and be the very best we can....even with all of these problems...

Alison, sorry too for the cancellation. All that waiting would drive me insane. Here, if they need to schedule even an MRI, sometimes it can be done the same day, or maybe just the next day. But, you do have a good attitude about the cancellation, so good for you. Did they reschedule it when they cancelled? My best to you honey.
