Thanks for the kind words. I have not had my surgery yet. I'm coping with pain reasonably well most of the time. I have been deep in thought writing my insurance appeal and helping the European surgeon prepare the necessary forms for submission to my insurer. I'm 99% complete with everything and should be pulling the trigger very soon. At this point, I can't discuss the details, but later on I will share valuable information to help other patients that are trying to obtain ADR surgery. I hope life is treating you well.

It's hard enough to get surgery let alone fight with insurance but way to go. Keep us informed. It would help me a lot as we have some similar sx. BYW how does everyone type so much with neck probs?
