I couldnt agree more with this article. If there is one thing in this world that I try to avoid because it is the quickest, easiest, and most powerful way to make my back hurt it is laying down on the bed or couch! The best thing to keep my pain away is to move around...always. Do some sitting, standing, walking, always changing it up. Everytime I have gotten sick and stuck on a couch or bed for several days I end up in the emergency room because the pain becomes so intense the only way to live any longer and get rid of it is a big ass shot of demmeral.

Thats why I love the inversion table. Because technically I am lating down but I am upside down so the decompression I receive provides relief and the fatc that I'm upside down helps the blood flow though my spine as well. I hope more people realize that resting is not always the best idea.

I'm so glad I'm not the only person who thinks this. People think I'm crazy when I say the best thing for my back is physical activity. Thanks for putting up such a relevant and useful article, Justin!

I miss the inversion table table so much. Now that i have the adr in my neck I dont use it anymore b/c im scared my pro disc will pull apart.
