L4-L5 Annular fissure with mild central stenosis and moderate facet hypertrophy.
L5-S1 bilaterial neural foraminal narrowing with inferior effacement.

We had everything delivered here but moved it into the rooms ourselves. I then took apart a brick barbeque that previous occupants had built on the driveway with a sledgehammer, loaded into the car and took to the tip.

I am so stiff this morning I can hardly move.And I'm supposed to be packing up and heading back to twin cities this morning. First trying a big pack of ice on my back tho!

I do wish that more emphasis would be put on proper lifting in younger kids. I see so many people so often lifting with their back and no 5, 10 years down the road they'll be chatting with us on the site. Maybe this is something that should be taught in schools to kids to get them trained when they're young so they dont develop bad lifting habits....I know I stress the hell out of it to my younger brothers. They see the life I have to live and they are perfect at it. Its second nature to them now. I just wish it was like that for more people.

I see my friends do it too, they won't let me lift for fear I will hurt myself, but they will pick up something crazy without help. 31 years old- 1/06- In wreck with 18 wheeler at 25 years old; 6/06- Head on collision on Interstate, both wrecks other drivers fault. Numerous MRI's, PT, chiropractic, acupuncture, TENS therapy, massage therapy, facet injections, epidural injections, Nerve study, Discogram, confirms pain in L4/5, IDET, decompression, Bi-lateral neurotomy L3/4/5, denied by insurance twice, in Active L clinical trial, had surgery March 17, 2009 in Miami, FL- received Active L disc at 29 years old. Pain and medication free as of October 2010!Mommy to Emma- 8 years, Ava- 6 years & had baby Eli after ADR, via c-section on March 25, 2011, completely pain free still!
