    Thanks for the good article Justin I just wish they would have recognized my scoliosis when I was younger. I know it played a big role in my spine issues and proper treatment at an early age could have prevented the damage I seek to fix now.

    But then how would I have came to meet you and all the WONDERFUL people who make this site as supportive and educational as it is.....I guess there is always a bright side to every situation

    Funny story..... They did scoliosis checks at our school one year and I skipped out b/c I heard you had to lift your shirt up in the back and I was embarrassed they would see my bra! LOL (not sure if that was even true; but I was sure worried about it, think it was like in 7th grade). Luckily, I don't have scoliosis, or I would have been kicking myself for not getting checked.
    31 years old- 1/06- In wreck with 18 wheeler at 25 years old; 6/06- Head on collision on Interstate, both wrecks other drivers fault. Numerous MRI's, PT, chiropractic, acupuncture, TENS therapy, massage therapy, facet injections, epidural injections, Nerve study, Discogram, confirms pain in L4/5, IDET, decompression, Bi-lateral neurotomy L3/4/5, denied by insurance twice, in Active L clinical trial, had surgery March 17, 2009 in Miami, FL- received Active L disc at 29 years old. Pain and medication free as of October 2010!Mommy to Emma- 8 years, Ava- 6 years & had baby Eli after ADR, via c-section on March 25, 2011 , completely pain free still!
