    Thanks for the info. Someone else on this site said it was also painful but that was when the doctor took stem cells from the hip bone marrow to grow more stem cells to inject in the back disc.

    Hope this stem cell treatment was painless for you. Let us know how things go.
    Diagnosis:
    Degenerative disc disease throughout spine
    Generalized disc bulging with mild narrowing of thecal sac in L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1.
    Moderate spinal stenosis L4-L5
    Foraminal narrowing
    Recent compression Fx at T10,T11.
    Treatment:
    Spinal decompression 2007
    Cortisone injection in lower back in 2010
    Relieved of pain for now
    Hope for ADR

    They actually took my stem cells from my blood. They took a bunch of blood and then they spin it down and take the stem cells out of that. Then they mix it with something else, which I can't remember, water of some kind, IDK, and then inject it. The doctor that did it is written up in medical journals. You might be able to find it. His name is Dr Doug Vermillion. Great Dr. Even though it hurt, Id do it again. It gave me relief. I never considered it for my back. I know he has done it for every other joint and had success. I wonder......
