I have a theoretical question. A cervical adr is about same if not simpler i guess when compared to a fusion idk. So, if a dr informed a patient about cervical adrs and the newer ones in europe, is the dr here liable or something if the patient then decided to go overseas for the newer discs? Or, he just is afraid to mention the idea to his/her patient. I have a feeling if a spine dr needed a fusion and an adr would do the trick, he would be on the plane to europe in a heart beat. Same could be said about lumbar adr , but that is a riskier surgery than cervical but i would suspecet he/she to do same thing if they are appropriate candidates.
