Three weeks ago, I saw a patient with similar MRI like yours, and he is now pain free (he had two degenerated discs).
Response from Dr. Schultz! Greetings everyone. I got a response from the Doctor, and I was feature on the Regenexx blog. With comparison pictures, I can actually see a reduction in the bulge. He is recommending another injection... But I don't know if I'm willing to go through with it if it involves another bone marrow aspiration.

2010 -Regenexx Stem Cell Injection into L4/5 w/ 2 Platelet Rich Plasma Injections. No results.
Oct. -Met w/ Dr. Zigler. Got ESI's. No Results. Recommended ADR. Referred to Mr. Nick Boeree.

C4-5: Mild disc height loss with central annular fissure. Small broad-based left paracentral disc protrusion. Moderate central canal stenosis-the disc protrusion abuts and mildly flattens the left ventral surface of the spinal canal.
C5-6: Disc desiccation with mild height loss.Diffuse discosteophyte bulge anduncovertebral joint hypertrophy, moderate central canal stenosis- Severe neuroforaminal stenosis bilaterally, right greater than left
