I think I posted this before but I am not sure so thought it was worth posting again. This technique I think looks very good bc it doesnt require an incision in the back, but instead comes up through a space near the tailbone. As I see from the video, they plan to "remove" herniated portion of the disc directly from spinal canal, by laser?

I wish they could help help me. But I think my issues are from bone spurs. They don't have a treatment for that.

A guy in Dayton, Ohio does this and I had it done. A tiny incision down around your tailbone into a natural opening into the spinal canal. With a small scope he check out all of you lumbar spaces and get rid of any bulges, tears of scar tissue. No bones to cut out or muscles or ligaments to cut. He found scar tissue and some tears and fixed them up.

How did you find out about it mark? To me, this seems like the future as it makes total sense to me. Only thing is lasers are a little scary if you ask me as I have read sometimes they are more hype than good, but in terms of the approach this looks top notch!!! Hopefully this shows to be effective long term and more surgeons will adopt this technique.

I wonder if this could be used for spinal stenosis causing radicular pain, as well as other disc related issues, like the fact that I am bone on bone in a couple of areas.

    Thanks for any feedback
