Default Interspineous Implant Devices -- An Often Overlooked Option

I find this option very interesting. Interspinous devices bridge the therapeutic gap between conservative treatment and the major surgeries (fusion, adr, microdiscectomy) carrying significantly less risk than the more invasive surgeries.

The primary indication for an interspinous device seems to be stenosis caused by a degenerating disc. The device helps "get the weight off" the problem disc which in turn allows the disc "room to breath". This unweighting better allows the spine to stabilize and restore natural anatomical function and in some cases lead to reduction of unnatural movements and healing of the damaged disk.
