I received an email from Dr. Centeno at the Centeno-Shultz Clinic in Colorado on his new internet book, Orthopedics 2.0. It looks like very good information. I would advise not printing it since it is MANY pages. My computer said it was only 69 but it is much more than that. The clinic is known for its stem cell injections as Renenexx.com. I'm taking it with me on a trip in order to get it read. I hope it's not too heavy.
