Default Regenexx injection for SI joint dysfunction

I have had 2 ADR's from Stenum and ended up with a lot of other issues. Needed posterior decompressions of L5 and S1 nerves. Then needed piriformis muscle removed. Now I have horrible SI joint pain. I just had a Regenexx injection into the SI joint by Dr. Schultz. I was told to take it easy for a day or so and then start walking or stationary biking. I was told that the worse thing for the stem cells is NO movoment. They need motion. Any thoughts on this? Thanks

I suspect you have had so many questions on your procedure at Regenexx that you are sick of it. Here are some more just in case you have some time to answer a FEW more.
    1. How long were you in Colorado;;how long before the procedure and how long afterwards?
    2. Were you considered a "good" candidate?
    3. In the webinar, it said it cost between $8500 and $10,000. What did it cost you, not including travel or hotel?
    4. Were you happy with the hospital/clinic/doctor?
    5. How active were you before and after the procedure? What exercises are you doing regularly?
    Diagnosis:
    Degenerative disc disease throughout spine
Generalized disc bulging with mild narrowing of thecal sac in L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1.
    Moderate spinal stenosis L4-L5
    Foraminal narrowing
    Recent compression Fx at T10,T11.
    Treatment:
    Spinal decompression 2007
Cortisone injection in lower back in 2010
    Relieved of pain for now
    Hope for ADR
