Bazel,
As much as I hate that you have reason to be here, welcome. I got a double ADR at C3/4 and C6/7 in November. I am currently at war with my insurance company to get a reimbursement; we will see.
Anyway, a seemingly great resource that I've seen for getting your insurance company to pay for "experimental" procedures is a woman name Laurie Todd. I am following her prescription and will post to let everyone here know how it comes out. I recommend her book ($15) in which she tells her story and prescribes how to approach your insurance company. She claims that she has been successful in helping 46 of 48 people get a reimbursement from their insurance carrier.
