I know this goes out periodically, and I will search, but consider this the bump of the old threads to get new respondees here!
I got through Laurie Todd's book a little while ago, and she stressed many things, one of which being precedent, people whom they have covered. It may not go far in the insurance world, but it goes a huge distance in the legal world, and thats what we want them to worry about.
