    Default The "DUNK" heard around the country.

    Gotta see this. High school basketball regional finals.

    Our 6'11" Senior Forward, Nate VanArendonk, gets a pass from a team mate and slams one down. Except, he destroys the backboard! They have to move the game to another school and Grand Haven goes on to win the regional title.

    This video actually made national news coverage through ESPN.

    Still not as good as the original shaq dunks!!!. Hope you are doing well Dave.
    Riding 4 wheeler and playing basketball. Collide with guy in mid air and I hit concrete on one leg and then fall down. Wake up in pain cant move for few hours, fine few days later. Back never the same.

    dec 2007 horseplaying with father, contained l5-s1 disc herniation with sciata on right leg, traction helps and time, pain free, diagnosed ddd l4/l5 and l5/s1
