Ruth, I'm glad to hear your pity party is tapering off sweetie. Very good news. Say, with all your sleep difficulty, have you ever considered asking your doctor to put you on a prescription for a sleep aid, like Ambien? From time to time, when my sleep cycle is disrupted for weeks on end, I will go back on Ambien for about a 2 week, sometimes 3 week period to get my sleep cycle back on track, and then when I stop the Ambien, I continue to sleep very soundly. I have never ever had any addiction issues with Ambien. Poor sleep will also contribute to higher pain cycles so I would really try and get on top of that and nip it in the bud, if I were you. A healthy night's sleep is imperative. Here's to June 1st and your appointment!I'll be anxious to hear what your doc has to say. xoxo, Cindylou
