    Kathy,
Wonderful! ! I'd love to hear the reactions of your daughters. I'm so happy for you -- boys are a blast! Yee-haw!
    Dawn
I had recent MRI of lumbar & cervical, and digital motion x-ray of cervical area. Slight scoliosis in both lumbar and thoracic spine. Recent consultation w/ neurosurgeon about lumbar showed DDD; he said "one disc space is about half what it should be, and the rest are pretty much gone -- this looks like someone ten years older who has smoked for 40 years." I've never smoked.

Not a clue what we will name him, haven't even thought about boy names. Feel free to make suggestions I don't like weird boy names, more traditional. I always think after hearing some of the cutsie names, that if the boys parents ever thought about him growing up and having to introduce himself in business with that name?! I like Michael and Brett, like Brett Michael, but afraid it's too close to Brett Michaels. My hubby's middle name is Brett and my dad's name is Michael, and my middle name is Michelle; so would be a family name.... though we aren't set on passing on a name, just a thought.
    Congrats!!

I'm kind of partial to Michael. Wonder why?
Low back pain became somewhat dehabilitating in 2005
Have had 11 steroid injections, IDET, Trial for nerve stimulator, PT, chiropractic trial, practically every med known to mankind. Discogram indicated three diseased levels with L5-S1 being the most likely pain generator. Post minimally invasive PLIF with internal fixation (titanium) on 12-28-09 of L5-S1. Doing better than expected. Last opioid 7/9/10. Five months pain free, then my neck turned against me. MRI on 12/1/10-- disease at C2 to C7. Only surgical alternative is to fuse entire C-spine. Diagnosed now with Aggressive Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis with cord & brainstem active lesions

Yep....you got it Kathy. Jack of all Trades given name is Michael, which is a beautiful, classic name. My step-son's name is Michael too, of course just family is still allowed to call him "Mikey." One of my son's is named Micah, so you can imagine when they were all little and hollering out to either Mikey or Micah. They both always came running! CL

    Thanks everyone!

CL- I'm very attracted to traditional strong male names. I think people sometimes forget when naming their sons that these boys are going to grow into men and one day have to introduce themselves in business with that name. I've heard some pretty sissy sounding boy names and always wonder what the heck the parents were thinking... LOL I'm pretty opinionated on names either way, definitely not into weird spellings (just going to get poor juniors name mispronounced and misspelled for the rest of their life.) My cousin's mom insisted on spelling her name wrong, child grew up, turned 18 and went and legally had it changed to the correct spelling. I also don't care for unisex names for boys, because it usually becomes more feminine than masculine and who wants to be a grown man with a 'girl' name.

I've been listening to all the boy names I hear, just waiting for something that I love and hubby loves too. So far, we are not in agreement. Sure we will come up with something we both love...... eventually. Now to the big decisions, like how to decorate the nursery and what stroller to buy......
