When you mentioned the Chiefs, I wondered, "Who is their quarterback?" Len Dawson was the only name that I could muster up. Now I'd be impressed if he was still playing!

I thought the canceling/rescheduling had less to do with the game and more to do with getting the fans safely to and from the game without risk of danger, due to high winds and the large amount of snowfall. Can you imagine if one fan had been stranded on the road on the way to the game and suffered injury or worse, loss of life, the media would have roasted the NFL. I don't know. I guess better safe than sorry, but all said, it would have been a hell of a game to watch in that weather. Yeah, now that would have been some football watching! CL

OK Bigdogchief - Yea Chiefs. Who would have thunk at the beginning of the season that the Chiefs would win the AFL?
Also Go Kansas State Wildcats in the Pinstipe Bowl and Go Kansas Jayhawks to another national championship in basketball. Rock Chalk!

No one I know went to the Pinstripe Bow in New York - gaah. All Bowl games should be in warm country.

I was hoping for at least 7 -9, best 8 - 8. This is beyond my wildest dreams as a fan of the Chiefs!!!

Their defense was atrocious all season long! It showed yesterday, even with the horrible ref call at the end of the game. Bill will have K-State ready to go next year on defense...that's a guarantee

KU is reloaded and looks like they are capable of making it deep into the tourney. My only concern is that they don't have a true PG.. That might hurt them in the long run. Josh Selby is a phenom....

    Happy New Year!
