    Default Man, it's windy outside!

It is so windy outside it sounds like the whole house is gonna just blow over and tumble down the street! It's just crazy sounding out there. I haven't even checked the weather yet to see what the mph are. Someone at the hardware store told me that all the runways are closed now, with the exception of 1, due to high winds. They also said Chicago is experiencing it's highest winds "in 70 years." Can't wait for this to pass. It's winds like these that make me worry about a huge tree in our backyard....one of my new neighbors told me it is almost dead on the inside. So glad to find that out. Now if it can just hang in there until spring, we'll have a crew come out to take it down. That'll cost a pretty penny, on this tiny city lot with this gigantic tree right next to the garage. Yikes!

You may get a better price having it taken down in December. That's when a lot of the smaller businesses need the money and are starved. Hubby has a lawn & tree service and we used to starve in the Winter before we grew larger and got more year round contracts. Anyhow, Winter is the only time we cut trees now, b/c we are just too busy in Summer now.

I'm in Chicago. I was walking my dog yesterday and saw the siding blow right off the side of a house! It's crazy. They say the barometric pressure is the lowest it's ever been. Does this type of weather make your pain worse?

I've been told I need a third spine surgery at age 32. I'm currently debating whether to go through with it...
