I am guessing a good bit of time just in bed, but what sort of thoughts do you "experts" have? Should I go get a recliner? Any other nuggets of wisdon on stuff like that I should consider getting before the surgery?

    Thanks!

    Hi Pete,

After spine surgery, most patients find themselves changing positions frequently (sitting, standing, laying down). A recliner would be nice to have after surgery. BTW: here's a list of "must haves" after spine surgery -- click here.

I usually sit on the couch sideways with my feet up; but after surgery preferred my husbands recliner.
