    Well, she heard our prayers!

I welcome to the world.....ta daaaaaaaaaaaaa......Kaitlyn! Dear Heart woke me up at about ten forty-five last night to give me the news. She was born about forty minutes earlier. Now some or all of this information may be a bit backwards, but corrections will be coming as soon as I have them, as soon as I have a middle name

Time to break out that Merlot!!!!!! Mmmm, lovely stuff...snifff....ahhhhhhh! Sorry, but it comes second to the wonderful scent of a newborn

Talk them into the y to make it unusual then! It can be done with a C to start

Oh this is interesting.....thanks for the clarification! the fact that it is an Irish form for Catherine is even better....her half-sister (her dad was married before and all the girls are quite close) is named Catherine!!! How cool is that! Now I really can't wait to see how this unfolds

Very quietly thrilled, to be honest. It hasn't quite hit yet, sort of like the surgery

I have no idea if they are even still in the hospital, even though my daughter was adamant about only being in a few hours after the birth and then they will be going home right away. Me thinks she is seriously underestimating the effort involved

I hope to hear from her soon, by tomorrow at the latest, as we have a bargaining tool...their beloved dog
