Regularly I sleep with one down pillow under my head, laying on my back.
Occasionally I use a pillow made specifically to go in between your legs, close to the knees, so that I can lay on my side. And sometimes, if I don't feel like using that more stiff pillow, I will put another down pillow between my knees.
But I can't lay on my side very often, and when I do, I can't lay like that for very long. It hurts my hips too much, and my back.
