Default Stopping in to say hello

Hi all, been way to long and I have no reasons why I have not been on. Life is the same as before, still battling LBP and cervical issues. I have another series of injections again tomorrow at 4 levels, including Facets. Seems that some things just never change. I hope you all forgive me for not being around to help much, but I plan on getting back into the swing of things very soon.

I will start posting more tomorrow after I get home from the clinic.

    Missed you all very much,

    Dave

Missed you too, so very much! I hope all the busyness that is keeping you from us is all good, and profitable

    Thanks folks,

The injections, around 9 of them, minus the Versed and Lidocain shots, went well. Just starting to feel the effects. Yea, another 3 months with no pain.

How's life in Grand Haven? I have been conspicuously absent for awhile as well. I have still been working way too hard with trying to be one of the survivors out of the worst recession this country has seen in years. Most do not know that Michigan went in to this recession 8 - 10 years ago and that there is no end in site as it will take years for Michigan to recover. The Big 3 were our bread and butter for years and we have to re-invent ourselves.

I have over 1,600 miles ridden so far this year and am active with many community projects.

I hope you are feeling better and I miss all of you.

OK. here I am again. Promised Justin and CL I would be back, so here I am. I follow several of you on facebook and it is great to see all of your lives continue to get better. Life of a spine patient is the biggest roller coaster I have ever been on. Sad thing is I will never be able to get off.

So that is one of the reasons for my absence. Chronic pain has given me a different outlook on life. I do my utmost to live each day without complaining, and to the fullest I can. I did not want to be known as the "complainer", but now I realize that support is a great medication in itself. So I'm back for good this time, as I do need the support that people like all of you provide.

Thanks and remember, Live Laugh Love.
