Job13, I am sorry for what happened to you. I was also treated bad on the medical broker site because I did not use the 'right surgeon'. There was alot of fishing for clients going on and that as well as many other things is why this site was created. Lots of Stenum bashing and made up stories too. This site is truly un-biased and people are here to support each other. We may hurt someones feelings; but most of us are quick to apologize. We of course are all human, in pain and ake mistakes. I apprecite you being brave enough to share your story and to not back down. Please post, when you have time, in the surgery forum your whole story... I would love to read it and think it would help people realize ADR is majory surgery and should not be taken lightly and realize ALL doctors have FAILURES! Anyone who says otherwise is lying.

Thanks Justin and everyone for a welcome notes.
I have an unfinished project that takes a lot of my time and typing but
I absolutely promise to post on this forum about my revision and outcome. I want people to see a fuller picture of possible revision complications and the idea what they have to consider when weighting between ADR and a fusion. There were complication that I never mentioned on any forum and thanks God they resolved after numerous and expensive treatments.
Justin, is it permissible to post links on the forum?

I sent Tmont this link and she told me that
she really appreciated the kind words of people who remember her from the other forum. She is asking if she is allowed to register and if she is, then she will post a 'hello' herself.
    Thanks to everyone again!

    Anastasia,

Everyone is welcome here. You do not know me but I followed your story on the other forum. The information that Matt and you posted was very useful to countless people, myself included, in making decisions to use ADR or fusion. It made me do my homework on which device to use and the entire procedure. Thank both of you for that.

to this unbiased and free spirited forum. I have nothing but praise for all of the folks here.

    Anastasia,

I appreciate your willingness to share your experience with Artificial Disc Replacement revision surgery. Artificial Disc Replacement is a very promising technology, but it also has its risks as you are well aware. Feel free to contribute as much or as little as you like.

The SPS Forum allows links, but send me a private message about what you had in mind (so I can make sure the links abide by our non-profit organization guidelines).

I saw that Tmont registered on the Forum and I look forward to catching up with her. We spent a lot of time getting to know one another a few years ago. I always appreciated her "tell it like it is" perspective. I'm sure she is busy as a nurse these days, but it would be great to have her pop in to let us know how she is doing with her spine (and life in general).

I wish you the very best on your project and your knowledge on Artificial Disc Replacement surgery and subsequent revision is invaluable (Matt's not too shabby as well ).

    Be well.
