We must be getting a little of the outside of the last "non" hurricane in the gulf (of Mexico). It is 70's F, sunny and wonderful. It gives me lots of energy and eliminates pain.

Kan, is there a lot of humidity along with the sunshine? That seems to be what sets me off...not the heat but the extreme moisture. Where oh where can I move to escape the feeling of damp sheets, even with the air conditioner running???? We've had the best summer ever...low humidity and lots of warm but not blasting heat, and I've felt great. Now, not so much...bring on the crisp autumn air!
Severe compression of spinal cord, flaval ligament, etc. at C4/5 & 5/6.
Herniation and compression, at L3/4 to L5/S1 plus spondylosis at the latter level. Severe allergy to most metals.
Three level surgery in Brazil with Dr. Luiz Pimenta on March 17/2010 using non-metal appliances. L5/S1-PEEK cage, ALIF; L4/5-PEEK cage, XLIF; C5/6-NuVasive NeoDisc. Three separate approaches, two minimally invasive. Currently minor residual back pain, from SI ligament and still overdoing things . Therapy and chiropractic treatments helping immensely. Gone from being almost bedridden to near normal activities including gardening. Life is gooooood!

Very low humidity right now, 70 F and sunny. When it was hot, we had lots of humidity. We are heading to coast of Oregon to visit our son - always cool and nice there - until winter when it rains. Like your area, we had a very hot summer and broke a few records. Fall is our nicest season.
