Sorry Justin. I don't care how good your peanut butter is, I gotta have my Skippy, smooth when I am craving peanut butter. Nothing else will do. As my Mom has always preached, moderation, moderation. I love celery and peanut butter too, but you have to be careful on that one, because altho the celery is practically all water and zero calories, the peanut butter is clearly not! I love the Washington cherries in the summer season. They are high in potassium, vitamin B and C and minerals. In addition to being just tasty they also have been shown to prevent heart disease, cancer, and improve bone health and....if that isn't enough, they have properties that provide pain relief! 20 cherries are 10 x as potent as aspirin. Who knew?!

Are you sure you aren't confusing the cherries with the pits, or am I thinking of apple seeds? One of them contains arsenic, a most powerful and permanent pain reliever

I love the fresh peaches and blueberries at this time of year. I used to love fresh corn as well, until my grain sensitivities made that impossible

That's what I'm having for breakfast right now...a bowlful of sliced fresh peaches with blueberries on top, with milk and a bit of sugar. Yum Then I'll snack on cottage cheese or yogurt a bit later. And maybe a Hersey's milk chocolate bar for mid day snack It is the only chocolate bar I can eat now without repercussions from my allergies for some reason. A girl has to have some sins!
Severe compression of spinal cord, flaval ligament, etc. at C4/5 & 5/6.
Herniation and compression, at L3/4 to L5/S1 plus spondylosis at the latter level. Severe allergy to most metals.
Three level surgery in Brazil with Dr. Luiz Pimenta on March 17/2010 using non-metal appliances. L5/S1-PEEK cage, ALIF; L4/5-PEEK cage, XLIF; C5/6-NuVasive NeoDisc. Three separate approaches, two minimally invasive. Currently minor residual back pain, from SI ligament and still overdoing things . Therapy and chiropractic treatments helping immensely. Gone from being almost bedridden to near normal activities including gardening. Life is gooooood!
