LMAO I actually had beer this weekend for the first time in a long time. We tubbed the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers, all I know is I got out of the tube after 4 hours of floating and drinking and could not stand! Thank God we had a bus that took us back to our cabin!

Lately, we've really been into celery with peanut butter. Peanut Butter might not be the healthiest, but it does have a lot of protein.

However, I do prefer the pizza and beer diet!

    Dave,

I consider peanut butter healthy. It is a mainstay in my sons and my diet. About 1-64 ounce jar every 4 or 5 days. Crunchy is the best.

I think peanut butter is relatively healthy, has a lot of protein and keeps you full longer. My youngest daughter would live on peanut butter sandwiches (she doesn't like jelly! weird, I have to have jelly or it is to dry for me), if I would let her. I like both crunchy and smooth.

I bought a garlic & herb cheese ball with almonds on it, only 110 calories per 2 tablespoons! I got some good toasted bread to go with it, that isn't bad on the calories either. Then some small carrots, mushrooms, yogurt, granola bars, shrimp, bananas (I can eat 4 a day, I love 'em), and some healthy cereal (which I usually eat as a snack, not breakfast).

    Better 'n Peanut Butter

A couple years ago, I found Better 'n Peanut Butter at Trader Joe's. You can find it at other stores as well. It's actually pretty good and has no saturated fat, which I limit in my diet.

Better 'n Peanut Butter is the all-natural product of the Wonder Natural Foods Corporation that can be used in all the ways that you now use regular peanut butter, but instead of 16 grams of fat per (32 gram) serving, Better 'n Peanut Butter delivers less than 3 grams of fat per serving and qualifies as a low fat food by USFDA standards.
    • 85% Less Fat
    • 40% Less Calories
    • No Cholesterol
    • No Preservatives
    • No Refined Sugars
    • Natural Soy Lecithin
    • Non GMO Peanuts
With 85% less fat and 40% fewer calories than regular peanut butter, Better 'n Peanut Butter is befriending weight watchers from all across America. Better 'n Peanut Butter is the most impressive diet peanut butter on the market because it is the ONLY true diet peanut butter on the market. Where other brands fail at offering a diet peanut butter with their so-called "reduced fat" products, we hold true in providing only real diet solution. And if you think you are going to have to sacrifice taste, think again. Better 'n Peanut Butter tastes just as good as regular with the added benefit of knowing you're doing something good for your body. For a full list of our nutritional accolades, refer to our nutrition page.

Did you know that peanut butter is in 85% of American households? So when grabbing for those comfort foods in your cupboard, those regular high calorie, high fat peanut butters won't cut it. This is why we are receiving customer emails proclaiming ours to be "an absolute lifesaver" and "the best product in the world". Go ahead, read a few more of our customers own words in our Customer's Stories Page.

Best of all, Better 'n Peanut Butter can be found at all Trader Joe Locations nationwide. And if you don't live near a Trader Joes, you can always search for locations near you with our handy Store Locator

Thank you for visiting, and if you haven't tried some of our fabulous Better 'n Peanut Butter, we urge you to try it today!

Better'n Peanut Butter and Peanut Wonder brands are both pasteurized for safety and good health.
