I have 2 Prodisc, at C5-6 and C6-7. I have not had any issues in the 2.5 years that I have had them. I believe that both are fine, but surgeons are trained on a specific brand. Go with your gut feeling and I hope all goes well.

Hi Jim,
Welcome to the Spine Patient Society.
It's great to read that you've been approved for a 2-level artificial disc replacement (ADR) surgery in the United States. Insurance coverage can be tricky for ADR, especially multilevel--so congrats!
If you search the Forum for "m6 spinal kinetics," "spinal kinetics" or "prodisc," you will find a lot of pertinent threads that will help in your research.

Please keep the info coming. Right now I am leaning toward the M6. I just need more info. I gues I need to find a way to pay for it too.
Thanks Jim L.
