Having surgery 10/19. L2-S1 w/hardware

Well.......I'm all patched up I guess. Everything went as expected according to my doctors. Day one (10/19) was extremely blurry do to the nocotics, so I really don't remember much. Day two was better than I had ever dreamed it would be. Day three (Friday) was when they let me come home. I didnt feel too bad at this point. Everyday just gets better and better. I have no regrets at all for going through with the surgery even though my left leg is still in little bit of pain due to the decompression. After a little bit of therapy and time, things should be really good.

Hey, Steelpicker. I'm glad you hear you have no regrets. It's so nice to read something other than a horror story! I'm having L2-S1 with hardware 3/1 and am very nervous. How are you doing now, a few months out? Any suggestions or insight you can provide?
