Announcement Hello from Ireland, low back pain last 6 years

Hey Cillian here from Ireland new to the site

summary 6 years of lower back pain

started late 2005 did well with pain due to excellent core, but gotten worse since 2009 then esi and no pain again till 2011 and xray says bone spurs on l5-S1 with little disc left and what is left is now in my cord causing left leg pain and numbness now for the last 8 weeks i got to admit i found it funny as first but so getting bored of it

told adr is the way to go for me but to be honest scared as hell as what to do, 28 now just want to be pain free dont mind loosing movement as i know my sport days are well behind me sad to say just want to be able to function as a man and not a waste of space in a bed

so big shout out to you guys from IRELAND
