I was bend over backwards during tackling drills at a football practice during my Freshman year of high school. Then, I was involved in snow skiing accident that blew out my L4-L5 disc. Later, I was involved in 2 car accidents (not at fault both times; the "jaws of life" was required to extract me from the car on the 2nd car accident).
You are welcome in regard to the Spine Patient Society -- it is something I am truly passionate about and we have a lot of neat things planned in the future, so stay tuned!
