R2R,wow! It's great to read about the first few days post-op in such detail. The pictures you attached look good. I bet it's great for your kids to "have their Dad back" -- this journey is the start of getting your life back from pain and disability. My hat's off to you, sir.![]()
Andrew,
I’ve been wondering the same thing. I sent him an email one month after his surgery, and did not hear anything.
Has anyone heard from R2R?
Edited email mail sent 1/14/2011:
R2R,
How's It Going? I've been following your thread and hope your recovery is going well. I believe it was a month ago today you had your surgery. I hope the reason you haven't posted is because your recovery is going so well that you've been busy having fun over the holidays. I’m interested in what to expect should I have to have surgery, as I have similar issues with my neck (C6/7 herniation). My symptoms are rather mild compared to many of the others that have posted but I expect they will progress. I've been reading a lot of great things about the M6 and have been preparing for consultations with Mr. Boeree and Dr. C in Barcelona. How old is Mr. Boeree?
Best wishes on your recovery.
Regards,
Mark
Mark and Andrew,
Many Spine Patients that contribute to the Spine Patient Society Forums move on once they have surgery and start feeling better. Those Spine Patients with ongoing spine problems tend to stick around longer and contribute to the Forum. However, we do have a good number of Spine Patients that have had successful outcomes and that are doing well that continue to contribute to the Forums as a way to "give back."
